The property buying companies are the newest trend that been on the rise. These are giant companies, which are formed by investors who have hard cash to invest in real estate market. Any one who wants to sell the property could go to these big companies to sell their real estate in lieu of cash. These companies would be more than happy to get into a real estate contract with such people. People approach these companies as they fail to find buyers and they are in desperate need cash. The property buying companies are getting into real estate contracts in exchange of a cash payment and payment is done in not more than a month’s time, as they get a straight 20% profit. These companies usually offer 80% of the market price of the property. Then these companies renovate, cut or consolidate plots and sell it at a good commercial price.
The real estate contracts are also signed by people when they buy houses, not to live in, not to sell off but to pass it on for rent. There are some people who are not a part of the real estate business but they opt for this option – as rent would prove to be a consistent recurring income. On a macro scale there are builders and investors who get into multiple real estate contracts with the intention of renting these properties for commercial or for residential purposes.
